The Music Ministry at Blessed Sacrament Parish needs you. Please consider sharing your God-given musical talent in any of the following ways:
There are many opportunities available. Our choir needs singers, especially men. We have various small groups, or we welcome cantors, and soloists who can lead the music.
The USCCB published a booklet entitled, Sing to the Lord: Music in Divine Worship, and they write, "God has bestowed upon his people the gift of song. God dwells within each human person, in the place where music takes its source. Indeed, God, the giver of song, is present whenever his people sing his praises."
For more information, please contact the Parish Office. Olivia will put you in touch with Larry.
Mass with the distribution of ashes will be at 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Stations of the Cross will be in the 6:00 PM in the church each Friday lead by various Parish ministries. This Friday, Stations of the Cross will be led by Deacon Billy & Sharon.
The Knights of Columbus Council 6966 will commence their "Food for Lent" Project starting this Ash Wednesday, February 18th. Donated food items will go to helping the poor in our community. All food items should be nonperishable, no glass containers, and not expired. Items should be dropped off in the large wooden bin in the back of the church. Thank you for your generosity!
Teens in 6th - 12th grade are invited to join the Youth Group in the Youth Center to compete in a variety of "Olympic" competitions for a chance to bring home the "gold"!
