Special Announcements
Religious Education Registration
Registration for our 2026-2027 Religious Education program is now open! Classes will begin on Sunday, September 13th, and are each Sunday from 9:45-10:45 AM.
Registration can be done in-person with Melissa on Sundays from 9:00 AM to noon in the Religious Education Office (in the Parish Center) or during the week in the Parish Office. You can also fill the forms out on our website. Please bring the completed forms to Melissa or Olivia in the Parish Office.
Parish Center Closure
The Social Hall in the Parish Center will be closed Labor Day weekend while the floor is being stripped and waxed. The Social Hall will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th.
2026 Utah Catholic Conference "Sacred Heart, Heart of the Mission"
The 2026 Utah Catholic Conference is coming up on Saturday, September 19th, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Skaggs Catholic Center in Draper.
All adults throughout the diocese are welcome, as well as youth in grades 6-12, and the youth are FREE.
Highlights of the day:
- Mass celebrated by Bishop Oscar Solis
- Keynote speakers in English and Spanish
- Adult breakout workshops/ presentations
- Youth track for grades 6-12
- Exhibitor booths
- Lunch included - free parking

Carmelite Fair 2026
The annual Carmelite Fair will be on Sunday, September 20th at the Carmelite Monastery in Holladay, UT. This is a wonderful fundraiser to help the Carmelite nuns. This fair is fun for the whole family, featuring a variety of auction baskets, food and drinks, a fresh produce stand, live entertainment, a 5k race and more!
Formation Class in Liturgy and Ministry
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church will be hosting a Diocesan liturgical and ministry training on Saturday, October 24th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Ministry trainings will be for:
- Lectors
- Eucharistic Ministers (Level I and II)
- Musicians
- Ushers
- Catechists
New and experienced adult ministers are welcome to attend.
