This Week at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church

Registration for our 2026-2027 Religious Education program is now open! Classes will begin on Sunday, September 13th, and are each Sunday from 9:45-10:45 AM. 

Registration can be done in-person with Melissa on Sundays from 9:00 AM to noon in the Religious Education Office (in the Parish Center) or during the week in the Parish Office. You can also fill the forms out on our website. Please bring the completed forms to Melissa or Olivia in the Parish Office.

The Knights of Columbus Council 6966 will have a food drive from Saturday, September 19th until Sunday, November 22nd. Donated food items will go to help the poor in our community. All food items should be nonperishable, in non-glass containers, and not expired. You can drop off items in the large wooden bin in the back of the church. We thank you in advance for your generosity. 

The 2026 Utah Catholic Conference is coming up on Saturday, September 19th, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Skaggs Catholic Center in Draper. 

All adults throughout the diocese are welcome, as well as youth in grades 6-12, and the youth are FREE. 

Highlights of the day:

• Keynote speakers in English and Spanish
• Adult breakout workshops/ presentations
• Youth track for grades 6-12
• Exhibitor booths
• Lunch included - free parking

Father will not be having Confessions before the 5:00 PM Mass on Saturday. He will be at the Utah Catholic Conference and will not be back in time to hear Confessions.

Bethlehem Wood Carvings will be here at our parish on Sunday, September 20th after both Masses. These beautiful carvings are handmade by Christian families in Bethlehem, and each purchase helps support these families.

The annual Carmelite Fair will be on Sunday, September 20th at the Carmelite Monastery in Holladay, UT. This is a wonderful fundraiser to help the Carmelite nuns. This fair is fun for the whole family, featuring a variety of auction baskets, food and drinks, a fresh produce stand, live entertainment, a 5k race and more!

Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church will be hosting a Diocesan liturgical and ministry training on Saturday, October 24th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Ministry trainings will be for:

• Lectors
• Eucharistic Ministers (Level I and II)
• Musicians
• Ushers
• Catechists

New and experienced adult ministers are welcome to attend.
